Cancellation Policy:
Confirmed registrants unable to attend may obtain a refund (less a $100 admin fee) by notifying PDI no later than three weeks prior to the course start date. Cancellations two to three week prior will be refunded 50% of the full course fee. Cancellations of less than one week and "no shows" are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations for individual sessions will not be refunded. In certain circumstances the tuition may be credited towards the next class.
PDI reserves the right to cancel a course with the full fee refunded. Should PDI find it necessary to cancel an individual session, we will reschedule that session or refund the appropriate percentage of the full fee. PDI is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant. |
